Join us for this exciting CoLab focused on bioenergy cogeneration and bioheating projects in Indigenous communities across Canada. We will be taking a closer look at several projects, from operating facilities to those in development, and discuss how the bioenergy economy and technology are evolving.
This session will be hosted by Kyla Morrisseau, a 2018 Catalyst from Aniimbiigoo Zaag'iging Anishinabek in Ontario. Kyla will be joined by Mike Tilson, lead on the Tsay Keh Dene CHP Biomass Energy project, and Blair Hogan of Teslin Tlingit First Nation, lead on his community's bioenergy district heating system.

This CoLab is designed for the benefit of Indigenous Communities interested in learning about BioEnergy projects and the realities of development. We welcome private and public sector participants to learn from the presentations as well to give context to how communities are developing projects. The session will be informative for all and will engage a wide range of participants to discuss how to accelerate and advance clean energy projects.
