The Housing Condition Assessor contributes to the organization's success by conducting building condition assessments on existing and new housing projects. The foundation of understanding the current condition and future needs of housing is instrumental in providing healthy, safe, and sustainable housing across the Province.
Minimum five years of experience and demonstrated knowledge in Building Technology, including, but not limited to, building code standards, major building systems and components.
