Study part-time, online, for free. The M.Ss. in Energy Security is designed to inspire the next generation of leaders to forge robust and collaborative solutions to sustainability challenges. The mission is to empower a network of northern, Indigenous, remote, and career professionals through distance education and purpose-driven practical experience to lead sustainable community energy development. MSs Key Points
  • Delivered entirely online and part-time over two years, designed in consideration of working professionals or those taking care of families while pursuing further education.
  • 10+ partial and full scholarships are available for Indigenous students
  • Aimed at developing energy champions to lead the clean energy transition, with a variety of courses on sustainability, renewable energy, reconciliation, economic analysis, project finance, negotiations, law/policy, community energy planning, and a capstone project where practical skills are applied to a real-world project.
  • Intake is every September, students will complete the two-year course as a cohort with 12-24 other students.
